So, I’m a pretty big fan of Batman. The movies, not the comics exactly and mostly really just the Christian Bale Batman, and really not at all the Michael Keaton Batman, but I digress. I am still a pretty big fan of Batman. I have Batman checks and even a Batroom in my house.  I have a little Batman on my desk. I’m a fan.

The reason why I am a fan (besides the obvious awesome leather bat suit) is because Batman has no magical powers. He is a self made man. He has decided on his own to be a hero. He works hard, learns his craft, and then is full of awesomeness. He struggles with his decision to be awesome and he makes mistakes and he gets better. I’m a fan.

So, being a fan of Batman, I have been trying to be more Batman-like in my life. I have decided that I am going to be marvelous and I am working hard to learn my craft. This blog is helping, hanging out with new and old friends is helping and marvelousness is near. I can feel it. Sometimes I struggle with my decision. I make lots of mistakes. But I am getting better. And I am becoming a fan.
